By using Tiny Concepts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Child Use
Tiny Concepts is designed for young learners and should be used with parent or guardian supervision. By creating or operating an account for a child, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access security, and using the service lawfully. Registration and authentication may use phone-based verification and related account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use and Safety
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to generate illegal, abusive, harmful, or age-inappropriate content, interfere with service integrity, or violate others' rights.
5. User Content and Generated Content
You retain rights to content you submit, subject to applicable law. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display submitted and generated content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. If you share generated content through public links or similar features, others may be able to view it.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play) under that platform's rules. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled before renewal.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
Content generated with AI may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for every situation. The service is educational and informational in nature and is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, legal, or safety advice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Tiny Concepts service, including software, branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Tiny Turns AI Studio Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, or legal compliance. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violations of these Terms, or legal reasons.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Apple EULA and Platform Terms
If you download the iOS app through the App Store, your use is also subject to Apple platform terms. Where a custom end-user license agreement is not provided, Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement applies. Nothing in these Terms is intended to conflict with non-waivable platform requirements.
12. Governing Law and Regional Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts in India. Where mandatory consumer or privacy protections apply in your place of residence, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
